How to keep your skin hydrated, radiant and dewy – according to an expert facialist

And it actually isn’t just about drinking more water…

It seems that wherever you go people tell you that drinking more water is the key to skin hydration, but is that actually the case?

Hit with air pollution, central heating, air conditioning, wild weather conditions and a lot of blue light on a daily basis, our skin can really take a beating – especially when it comes to hydration levels.

Radiant, dewy skin is perhaps the most coveted of all beauty looks, but our modern, busy lives don’t often lend themselves very well to it.

No matter how much water you drink, your skin can still be extremely dehydrated, as while water does hydrate from the inside, it does not do it all.

Do you suffer from pesky spots on your back?
Want to give your back a really good scrub?

Try this:
👉 Mix together:
👉 1/4 cup coffee grounds
👉 2 tablespoons of olive oil
👉 1-2 drops of T-Tree oil (you can pick this up in most pharmacies)

Vigorously massage into your back, before entering the shower, for about 5 minutes or more. (Or, ask someone else to help you and take turns).
Be careful as the oil will make the shower a little slippery.

Tea tree is used in many acne products as it helps to fight acne bacteria and promotes skin healing.
Note: Essential oils aren't suitable for certain people and medical conditions. If unsure please check with your doctor.
